A holding company with an operator's discipline.

Founded in 2026 and based in Claremont, Cape Town, ToolShark Holdings is the parent company behind a group of complementary businesses spanning physical products, retail and software.

We are not a passive investor. We design products, write software, run a retail operation and build the internal tools that make all of it run — then reinvest what we learn back across the group. Every company benefits from shared infrastructure: a common identity platform, accounting, training and automation, all built in-house.

The result is a tightly integrated group where a workshop-accessory brand, a wood-care brand, a 40-year retail business and a software platform share the same engineering DNA.
